Rederi AB Göta's three classic canal boats sail on one of the world's most beautiful and breathtaking waterways - Göta Canal, which connects Stockholm with Gothenburg through over 60 locks. We offer exclusive cruises with full board and guided excursions.

We are looking for genuine, dedicated, and reliable employees who want to contribute to the enchanting atmosphere on board and create lifelong memories for our guests.

As these are old boats, the ceiling height is limited to 185 cm in several areas on board.

Working at sea involves great responsibility as you will be part of the safety organization, so it is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish, which is the safety language on board, as well as English since most of our guests come from abroad. Knowledge of German and other languages is highly meritorious.

As a dining room host on our vessels, you are at the center of the guests' culinary experience. Therefore, it is important that you are social and dare to share yourself.

Service is second nature to you, and you have a couple of years of experience in the profession. Main tasks include serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as some bar service. Other tasks include cash accounting, inventory, and ordering drinks.

We therefore see that you:

• Have professional experience in serving from a la carte, banquet, or similar (at least 2 years)
• Possess good knowledge and have a genuine interest in food and beverages
• Are familiar with cash handling, accounting, inventory, and orders
• Are driven and social with good collaboration skills
• Speak Swedish and English fluently

• Tariff salary according to the Archipelago Agreement Seko
